SHIPPING POLICY

How much do you charge for shipping?


We offer free shipping for all orders over 50 dollars US. For orders under 50 dollars, we offer a discounted shipping cost to you and will be calculated at the time of checkout. 


How long will it take for my order to arrive? 


Note: Last updated in September 2020 to reflect COVID-19 circumstances.

We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days from our studio. Once we’ve shipped your order you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note that our main shipping partner USPS is facing major delays. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and federal cost cuts, we are seeing delivery delays that range from several days to several weeks. We have also seen some shipments with a tracking status that stays in pre-shipment for days or even weeks. If this is the case for you, please know that USPS has your package and that it is in transit, but they have not scanned it for tracking purposes.

We understand how frustrating delays can be. We wish we had more insight into and control over the delivery process.


Do you ship outside of the US?


We currently are not shipping outside of the United States at this time but hope to in the future.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

What is your return and refund policy?


We accept unused items within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept custom engraved items or used products. 

If your order qualifies, we’ll issue a refund to your original method of payment as soon as we receive the returned item(s). Please send your return request with your original order number to cyndi@ninthandmooncreativedesigns.com.
